There are some projects that are like a right of passage for any maker. A coffee table is one of them. We needed one, and I had a half sheet of plywood left over from the kids’ bedroom transformation, so I decided to build one.

I took this from initial idea , made plans in SketchUp, and built it using techniques I’d learned from watching YouTube videos.
